  • Participate in all phases of implementation, from analysing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. 
  • Understand customer, user and system requirements to identify specific customisations, as necessary. 
  • Analyse customers’ business processes and recommend ways to improve or re-engineer for optimum performance. 
  • Estimate effort to provide recommended services.
  • Achieve agreed manpower utilization targets.
  • Communicate with internal and external teams to support and resolve customer issues.
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with customers, software developers and other professionals. 
  • Identify and recommend new business opportunities in customer environments and escalate accordingly to Leadership / Sales Team as required.
  • Prepare customer-facing documentation to support the implementation process (FDD/TDD). 
  • Participate in training end-users to successfully utilise and maintain the solution. 
  • Assist with demonstrations of system functionality and capabilities. 
  • Contribute to business process improvement discussions. 
  • Maintain Microsoft and other required technical certifications, as well as keep abreast of new technologies through individual study/research.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Finance.    
  • 2-3 years’ related experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • ERP experience, or a good understanding of business operations, including accounting, inventory management, purchasing and sales.  
  • Experience in current reporting tools such as Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SQL scripting etc.
  • A solid understanding of software, hardware and networking technologies.
  • The ability to rapidly and thoroughly understand the environment in which you will operate (people, applications, technology, process).  
  • Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design.  
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of the solution.  
  • Eligibility to work and live in Trinidad and Tobago.
  • A reliable, roadworthy vehicle and willingness to travel regionally and internationally to deliver services.
